About me

I believe in systems.

I've been building products long enough to see what survives. Most software doesn't die from technical debt. It dies from a lack of intention. From building what's easy instead of what's necessary.

I work at the intersection of systems design and human behavior. That means I think about second-order effects. I care about what happens after the user clicks the button, not just the click itself.

I still keep a notebook, paper. Not because I'm nostalgic, but because the friction of writing by hand forces you to decide what actually matters before committing it to anything permanent.
